Problem:
When using Accuro EMR through Citrix Workspace, users may encounter interface elements that appear off-screen and cannot be accessed. This has been observed on the new patient appointments screen while using a laptop with a smaller screen.
Resolution:
Setting the Citrix Workspace App to enable High DPI scaling resolves the issue.
Remediation Steps:
- On the task bar, expand the icon drawer to see the Citrix Workspace App:
- Right click on the Citrix Workspace App icon and select Advanced Preferences:
- In Advanced Preferences, select High DPI:
- On the High DPI option screen, select Yes and click Save:
- Close all Citrix / Accuro windows and relaunch. The issue should now be resolved.
